REQUIREMENTS
“POWER CARRIER REQUIREMENTS
1. Have proper operating authority
2. Possess both working equipment and driver
3. Meet insurance requirements
4. Satisfactory safety rating
5. No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
6. No DWI or DUI convictions in the past 5 years or a current
charge pending (from conviction date)
7. No careless or reckless driving violations in the past 5 years
8. Will have completed controlled substance and/or alcohol
testing as required by 49 CFR 382

TRACTOR REQUIREMENTS
1. No year or model restriction
2. Pass DOT inspection
3. Weigh less than 20K lbs., fueled and occupied
4. Fifth wheel measurement of 47.5" or less
5. Equipment will meet requirements of 49CFR 393 and 396
6. Equipment will be inspected by driver and determined to be free
of defects likely to result in an accident or mechanical
breakdown
